Pull the lever. There is a fizz from the box. Open your spy phone and get your wrench and unscrew the bolts (or are those nuts? I think I'm think I'm going nuts!) .

Now, my favorite part. STEAL THE ROPE FROM THE OLD TOWNSMAN!! BWA HA HA HA HA!!!!!!!!!!!!! You might want to talk to him too if you are not clever enough to sneak away with it.

Talk to Jetpack Man AKA Jetpack. He says his jetpack isn't working and need cream soda. Go inside the light house and find the barrels/boat/chest. take the first barrel by dragging it into your inventory.
Then go to the Town Gift Shop.
Talk to the penguin gift shop owner(black). He will tell you he needs help with the gift shop. If you say 'yes' you get a reward at the end. Pick up the items and table (Blue, Green and Red).
Set the table up in the location above and put the items on it.
